How Long Does It Take to Issue the Refund to my Order?Updated 2 months ago

As soon as our Shipping Team receives the return item(s) with the correct authorized return label, it can take up to 2 business weeks to process the return. A member of our staff will issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note: Any returned item(s) received by Kings Loot without prior authorization and approval cannot be processed. If a package is received to our facility without the proper authorized return label which we send to you, the package will immediately be marked "Return to Sender"; our system is not able to accept unauthorized return labels. Therefore, please always go through the proper steps to avoid delays or issues with refunds and/or returns.
