The Lifetime Replacement automatically comes with the wallet. When it's time to upgrade to a new wallet, just send in the used one and we'll send you back the new one.

For instances not covered under Lifetime Replacement (like loss or theft), Kings Care is the way to go! If you don't have the wallet to send in, Kings Care means we can send you a new one on us. Kings Care needs to be purchased at the time of the original wallet order, but there may be times when we can make an exception. Click here to learn more and get Kings Care for 20% OFF!
When it's time for a Kings Care Replacement or Lifetime Replacement, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping & processing, but we'll cover the brand new product!
For either program, we will need to verify your original order number and the email used for the purchase. If the wallet was a gift, please provide the name of the person who gifted you the item.
