Order says delivered, but it isn't here?

Please check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to their address instead. Also check with your local post office.  Sometimes a package is delivered there when, for some reason, it can't be dropped off at your address.

Keep in mind that the USPS and DHL updates their tracking early before delivering a package many times, please wait 5-7 business days before reaching out.  

Once your order has been shipped out, the Kings Loot is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. If an issue arises or an investigation needs to be filed, the customer is responsible for carrying out those actions for their packages. Our Customer Care team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully.

If the package is marked as delivered Kings Loot is not responsible for the lost or stolen item. 

 Kings Loot is not liable for an order that is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

We ship all products to the address that the customer provides, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address.

Our shipping carrier uses a geometric scan to verify the exact location of delivery to ensure our customers receive the products they ordered to the address that is provided at checkout.
