WHY "LIFETIME REPLACEMENT"? 
Our LIFETIME REPLACEMENT program is designed to add the most value to our customers. We don't just want a one-time customer, we want a customer for life!

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST? 
For the life of the wallet or other eligible products. *Offer excludes The Luxe and Supreme Collection

WHAT DOES "LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" COVER? 
Everything that can go wrong with the wallet. Dropped your wallet in a puddle while on a business trip? Covered. Your dog wanted a new chew toy? Covered. You get the picture! 

WHAT OUR "LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" DOES NOT COVER? 
A lost or stolen wallet. For that, we offer Kings Care

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY WALLET FOR "LIFETIME REPLACEMENT"?
Good news! Nope. Each wallet is automatically registered at time of purchase. Just give us the original order information; we'll find the order and start your replacement. 

HOW TO REQUEST A NEW WALLET/PRODUCT?

IS THIS LIKE A WARRANTY OR INSURANCE PROGRAM? 
This is better than a warranty, because there isn't an approval process. It's also better than insurance, because there isn't a high-cost deductible. There are no conditions or fine print that will prevent you from getting a new wallet. *Offer excludes The Luxe and Supreme Collection

HOW DOES IT WORK? We cover the cost of the new wallet, and we just ask that you cover the cost of return, shipping and processing (RSP) for $20. This covers your shipping the old product to us and our shipping the new product back to you + processing. 

If you wish to change the color or model of the wallet you are replacing, there is a base fee of $15 for the upgrade in addition to the $20 Lifetime Replacement RSP. Some products, like our Supreme Collection, will require the difference in price to be paid. For example, $15 will not cover the cost to upgrade from our Hybrid to our Supreme Hybrid. This may also apply to future products that have a price difference of more than $15.

Once your shipping information is verified and the RSP is paid, we'll send you a return label for the old product to be sent back to us. Once the old product is received by us, we'll send out your new product. 👍
