What Does Prime Insured Shipping Cover?Updated a year ago

Prime Insured Shipping covers packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") or packages marked "delivered" but appear to be lost or stolen. These order issue requests can be submitte7 days after the last tracking update by the carrier and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

We may ask you to wait 7 business days if you are filing an order issue the same day that the package was marked as delivered but has not been received. Carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit. We are sorry if this happens, but we have no control over this.

If the address on file was approved by the customer but the customer later realizes that the address was incorrect, we can also reship the package if Prime Insured Shipping was purchased with the order and the above stipulations have been met.

Once proper protocol has been met, we are able to reship your package for free.

Proof of a shipping claim from the carrier may be required to enact Prime Insured Shipping.

Please note: At our discretion, we may require proof of a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered but has claimed it to be lost or stolen. This is a system we put into place to help prevent false claims motivated by theft. Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or felony.
