Prime Insured Shipping can be used as soon as an investigation is filed with the carrier and we are given proof.

We do need proof that an investigation was filed before we can issue a reshipment of the package. 

We also ask that you wait 7 business days until after the expected delivery date before reaching out about your shipment or filing a claim with us.
