My Discount did not Apply?Updated 6 months ago

If your discount did not apply, it could be one of these issues:

  • You tried to apply a discount to a bundle or Limited edition item (discounts are not eligible for these products).
  • The discount code has expired.
  • The code was applied and it will be reflected on the invoice. Be sure to check. 
  • You tried to combine discounts which cannot be combined. (Discounts cannot be combined.)

*Please note that if an order is already placed, then the order cannot be canceled to apply the discount code.
