- Products previously received via exchange
- International Orders
- Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- For these, you must go to the party from which you ordered to determine their return policy.
- Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, Clearance, etc.)
- Products bought during a sale (above 15% discount)
- Any order below $50 (not including shipping fees)
- Any product under the value of $30
- Any items bought in a gift bundle - other than the main wallet
- An item received through a previous exchange
- Expedited shipping cost (even if there's a delay with the carrier)
