Also be sure that you have mailed back your old wallet with the provided authorized return label or this may hinder the replacement process.You may also be offered the option of an &quot;Instant Exchange&quot; through the online portal which means that a new wallet will be mailed out to you right away, your credit card will be put on hold, and if the old wallet is not returned within 30 days, then your card will be charged for the full amount of the new wallet that was mailed to you. You will have to give your consent that you understand and agree to the terms if you choose this option.&#xA0;For the Instant Exchange option, be sure that you have mailed back your old wallet with the provided authorized return label (check your spam folder if you don&apos;t see it) or the package will automatically be rejected and sent back to you. If this happens, there is a high likelihood that the 30-day window will be violated and your card will be charged for the full amount of the wallet. This charge will not be refunded even if requested.&#xA0;
