Product Questions

We create products that are "trackable" but trackable means they can hold an AirTag or tracking device.

These trackable products include and are not limited to the Hybrid S, Mini 3.0, The Wanderlust, AirTag case holder, and AirTag Key Cover.

Our products DO NOT come with these tracking devices. These are sold separately! 

Please read description on right hand side of these products to ensure that these tracking devices are not included. We have also included them in some of our product photos for more clarity.



They can be found on Amazon or Apple website. We do not endorse or sell these brands of tracking devices.


There is a slot on the outer bottom edge of the wallet where cards can fit (not the two separate card slots on the side/inside of the wallet).

After you remove cards by using the Pull Tab, the Pull tab may hang out and appear broken, but as you put cards back into the slot, the pull tab WILL retract.

You can tighten or loosen your money clip by opening it and spinning to the right or to the left until you reach your preferred level of tension. You can watch a video of how to do that here

Please be aware, there is a tiny spring and ball bearing inside the clip that may fall out if you unscrew the money clip all the way. The clip will not work without these parts, so please be mindful to keep track of these parts if you decide to unscrew the clip with the intention of reattaching it in the future. If the clip is removed by you and the parts are lost, we can direct you to our site where a new clip can be purchased.

If the above directions for loosening or tightening the money clip do not work (for whatever reason the clip is not responding), then we will be happy to help get a new money clip to you.

TYPES OF LEATHER FOR EACH KINGS LOOT WALLET/Color

Saddle leather is a natural vegetable-tanned leather. Items made from saddle leather, due to its softness, will develop an individual patina much quicker than bridle leather.

Nappa leather is top-quality leather that undergoes a unique tanning process and is softer and more pliable than most hides. It was named for the Napa Valley in California, where the tanning company that developed it was located. Nappa leather is often used in upscale vehicles.

  • Supreme Diamond White

Calfskin leather is a fantastic choice for quality products. Durable and pleasing to the eye, calfskin is especially handsome when used for shoes and jackets and wallets and bags. As a high-quality leather, most all-leather craftsmen try to source great calfskin.

Saffiano leather is a textured leather praised for its durability and high-resistant yet elegant finish. This full-grain leather is further finished with a wax treatment. As a result, the leather is highly scratch-resistant, durable, and exceptionally easy to keep clean.

  • Caramel

Vegan leather is a material that looks and feels like leather but is made from artificial or plant-based materials rather than animal hides. Vegan leathers can be made from natural materials including but not limited to cork, kelp, apple peels, and pineapple leaves.

Yes, our products offer RFID protection! The only part of our wallets that are not RFID protected is the clear ID window.

Most credit cards allow you to "tap to pay" - this means they are RFID enabled, containing an antenna and a chip that can be read by a wireless device or RFID reader.

Even though RFID credit cards give you the advantage of saving time during checkout, they are also vulnerable to theft.

Hackers and criminals use devices called RFID skimmers to steal your card data. 

It's as easy as using an illegitimate RFID reader at a nearby distance that scans and downloads all the information from your card; also known as RFID Skimming.

Hackers and thieves are then easily able to use or duplicate the information from your card and drain your account, etc.

Different cards are programmed with different frequencies depending on their intended use (the particular frequency is how they "communicate"). For instance, a hotel key card is programmed with a different frequency range than credit cards and debit cards. RFID protection is designed to block the frequencies with which credit cards & debit cards are programmed. So even if your hotel key card is still accessible or "tappable" even in your wallet, this is because the hotel key card frequency is not the same range that is blocked by RFID material. 

Our wallets are made with material that blocks the signal sent by your card to RFID readers, so your cards stay safe and you control when you use them!

The Hybrid Wallet design was made specifically for everyday, most common use. 

It may appear upside down, but knowing that most people use their cards more than their I.D., and taking into account that there are more right-handed people than left-handed people in the world (no offense to lefties), the I.D. slot is on the LEFT side, since most people use their right hand to retrieve their most-used cards. 
The license is not removed as much, and having the clear view makes it quick and easy to see.

Once your wallet is purchased, it is registered for the Lifetime Replacement under your number. If the wallet was a gift, you can redeem the Lifetime Replacement when it comes time to replace your wallet by emailing us at [email protected]

For the gentlemen we offer the Kings Fold.  

This wallet has a pocket for bills and change. Holding 1-15 bills and a couple dollars worth of loose change, it the best of both worlds.

The wristlet offers fashion and function. Holding 1-20 folded bills as well as a couple dollars in change, it's the best accessory to any outfit. 

The Executive Blue and Midnight Black initially look similar in color until you hold the blue next to a Kings Sleeve or other black item. The Executive Blue is also made with white stitching. (There are two photos attached so you can see each color.) Your wallet is made with the same leather that Ferrari uses. Leather varies and some wallets may come across as darker in color based on how the leather interacts with the dye.

Here are the main Dos and Don'ts with leather: 


Dos:

✔ Do regularly clean leather with a soft brush or cloth 
✔ Do regularly air out leather 
✔ Do blot away water or moisture as soon as possible 
✔ Do dry wet leather naturally, away from artificial heat 
✔ Do use Kings Conditioner to keep your leather from getting stretched and being stretched out too much (https://kingsloot.com/products/kings-conditioner)  
✔ Do clean spots and stains with a mixture of soap flakes and warm water 
✔ Do use a steam cleaner to disinfect and remove buildup from regular use 
✔ Do test any conditioners, cleaners, polishes, or wax in a hidden spot beforehand 


Don'ts:

❌ Don't machine wash leather 
❌ Don't get leather wet wherever possible 
❌ Don't dry wet leather next to a radiator or with a hairdryer 
❌ Don't tumble dry leather 
❌ Don't iron leather 
❌ Don't immerse leather in water to clean

So, yes, your wallet will look very worn but simultaneously develop a nice, aged look. The logo will eventually wear out, as well.

Ordering
  1. Once all items are in your cart that you want to purchase, proceed to checkout.
  2. Once proceeding to checkout, you are able to input a discount code. This is available during the entire checkout process.
  3.  Please note that discounts and gift cards cannot be stacked. It's typically one discount or the other.
We have a very fast Shipping Team to provide our customers with the best service. As a result, all orders are final at checkout. If you would still like to change your wallet choice or return an order, we are happy to help you with a return, exchange, or replacement. 

At the time that your order is complete, it has already been processed and is waiting to be scanned in by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been scanned in and you are emailed a tracking number, you will then be able to complete the return or exchange process.   

Please keep in mind, we will not send a return label just because a need to return is expressed. There is a process we have to abide by before sending either an invoice for the return label or the prepaid return label. We request a reason for the return (for our research purposes) and pictures (.JPEG or .PNG), etc.

For an exchange or return, we simply need the wallet to be in an unused condition and in its original packaging (no cards or money inserted into the wallet, and the wallet not being placed in any clothing pockets). If for any reason, cards have been inserted or it is in a used condition, we can use the Lifetime Replacement to get you the wallet you prefer. 

Returns/exchanges must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If a product is returned without the original Kings Loot packaging (the box and any inserts, etc.), a $10 deduction will be subtracted from the refund. Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return them. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return. Images of the product(s) will likely be requested by our team (.JPEG or .PNG format only).

Some return/exchange requests may be rejected if the items do not meet our return requirements as stated in this policy document.

If the return/exchange is rejected because of usage or outside of the 30-day after-shipped window and it has been mailed in, we will send an email to the contact we have on file saying so and will offer to send the item back at the customer's expense. We will need a reply to our email within 10 days of our reaching out or the item will be discarded. 


If you received the wrong item please send an email and picture to [email protected] with the email titled "Wrong Item Received" and we will be happy to assist you! 

Please note: We do wrap all our items in Black paper to protect the wallet and it may appear that you received the wrong item prior to unwrapping the product. Please unwrap the product before assuming the wrong item was sent.  

Didn't receive your order confirmation email?

1. Please check your spam or junk folder first, as sometimes the emails go there.

2. If you don't see the confirmation in spam, please double-check if the order actually went through with your banking establishment. 

3. Please check to see if your current email address is in your order profile. If it's not, it's likely that the email was sent to an old email address on file.

If you still have not found the confirmation email after these 3 steps, please reach out to [email protected] and we can try to further assist you.

You will receive tracking information via email on the status of your order. If you have waited two business days and have not received information, please reach out to [email protected].

If you ordered the replacement and have paid the RSP (Replacement Shipping and Processing), you will receive a return shipping label for the old wallet within two business days. 

If you haven't received it after two business days, feel free to email us to check on the status at [email protected].

Once the old wallet is returned, we will send your new wallet out. 

This process can take 2-4 weeks. 

Shipping
Please check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to their address instead. Also check with your local post office. Sometimes a package is delivered there when, for some reason, it can't be dropped off at your address.

Keep in mind, USPS and DHL often update their tracking information early before delivering. Please wait 5-7 business days before reaching out after package is marked "delivered".

Once your order has been shipped, Kings Loot is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit.

It is the Customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the carrier to monitor the delivery of the shipment. If an issue arises or an investigation needs to be filed (e.g. a lost or stolen package), the customer is responsible for carrying out those actions for their packages. Our Customer Care team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our ability, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully.

If the package is marked as "delivered" Kings Loot is not responsible for the lost or stolen item. 

We offer Prime Insured Shipping with every order at checkout. This is designed to help cover lost or stolen packages. Please read more, here: Prime Insured Shipping.

Kings Loot is not liable for an order that is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

We ship all products to the address that the customer provides; it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address. In the case that the wrong address is entered and the customer tries contacting us to change or update it after the order is processed, we may or may not be able to update it in time. There is a high possibility that our warehouse has already processed the package.

Our shipping carrier uses a geometric scan to verify the exact location of delivery to ensure our customers receive the products they ordered to the address that is provided at checkout. 

Please contact USPS or DHL if your package has not arrived yet, your tracking number is not working, or the package has been marked "delivered" but you did not receive it.

Shipping carriers are no longer guaranteeing their delivery times. Delivery times are an estimate, and exclude delays of any sort.
Domestic orders take 4-8 days to arrive and international orders take 2-4 weeks, but unexpected delays can occur.  

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email upon your order's completion. For whatever reason you did not receive your tracking number, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Request for Tracking Number".


We ship all over the world! Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.


Extra duties and taxes on orders shipped from the United States will apply, depending on your selected destination. Although it is unlikely, please note that Kings Loot is not responsible for and does not refund these costs.


*On international orders, if an order is over $135, customers are in charge of paying duties and taxes when they receive their package. If an order is under $135, we will take care of additional costs.

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. 

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to edit your order’s selected shipping or refund any shipping costs on the selected shipping method. 

We do not refund shipping - Standard or Expedited. The shipping cost is paid to the carriers. If there is an issue with your shipping being slower or delayed unexpectedly, you can reach out to the carrier directly and dispute the shipping cost. 

Shipping and delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and carriers do their best to deliver packages within the estimated time frames. 

We do not file claims for late deliveries and shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is Kingship Insured Shipping?

Kingship Insured Shipping is a superior insurance that insures your package if it is lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery.

With this in place, and once the following stipulations have been met, we are able to reship your package for free. 


Kingship Insured Shipping must be purchased (currently $3.00) at time of checkout for a package to be eligible for this insurance. 

What does Kingship Insured Shipping Cover?

Prime Insured Shipping covers packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered" but the delivery window has been exceeded) or packages marked "delivered" but appear to be lost or stolen. 

If the address on file was approved by the customer but the customer later realizes that the address was incorrect, we can reship the package if Kingship Insured Shipping was purchased with the order and the stipulations in this document have been met.

How Does Kingship Insured Shipping Work?

When a package has not been received and after contacting the carrier, the customer can submit a request for a reshipment from us. Requests can be submitted 7 business days after the last tracking update by the carrier (with or without a "delivered" status) and within 30 days from the last carrier checkpoint.

If you try to report a delivery issue the same day that the package was marked as delivered but has not been delivered, we will ask that you wait 7 business days before reporting to us. Carriers sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit. These carriers include FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.

We are sorry if this happens, but we have no control over premature communication from carriers.

Tips for Checking on Your Package

Double check that we have your current address on file. If this wasn't updated, your package is likely on its way to the wrong place. 

Double check the tracking information. There is typically a "details" tab that you can click on the carrier's website to see the detailed journey of your package.

Double check with your neighbors. Packages still end up at the neighbor's house. Sometimes a package is delivered to a random place if, for whatever reason, it can't be dropped off at your address.

Keep in mind that FedEx sometimes updates its tracking early before delivering a package. If you have gone through these steps and your package still isn't anywhere to be found, you can contact FedEx here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support.html

Proof of an Investigation

Proof of a shipping claim from the carrier may be required to enact Kingship Insured Shipping.

Please note: At our discretion, we may require proof of a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered but has claimed it to be lost or stolen. This is a system we put into place to help prevent false claims motivated by theft. Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or felony. 

Kingship Insured Shipping covers packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") or packages marked "delivered" but appear to be lost or stolen. These order issue requests can be submitte7 days after the last tracking update by the carrier and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

We may ask you to wait 7 business days if you are filing an order issue the same day that the package was marked as delivered but has not been received. Carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit. We are sorry if this happens, but we have no control over this.

If the address on file was approved by the customer but the customer later realizes that the address was incorrect, we can also reship the package if Prime Insured Shipping was purchased with the order and the above stipulations have been met. 

Once proper protocol has been met, we are able to reship your package for free. 

Proof of a shipping claim from the carrier may be required to enact Prime Insured Shipping.

Please note: At our discretion, we may require proof of a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered but has claimed it to be lost or stolen. This is a system we put into place to help prevent false claims motivated by theft. Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or felony. 

Kingship Insured Shipping can be used as soon as an investigation is filed with the carrier and we are given proof.

We do need proof that an investigation was filed before we can issue a reshipment of the package. 

We also ask that you wait 7 business days until after the expected delivery date before reaching out about your shipment or filing a claim with us. 

  • Orders marked "Return to Sender"
  • If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order
  • If the customer is unsatisfied with their product
  • If the customer's package is delayed for whatever reason
  • If the customer paid for expedited shipping but the package arrives outside of the expected window

International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive and sometimes longer if unexpected delays occur. We are unable to look into orders that have not arrived if the ship date is less than 21 days. 


At this time, we do not have the ability to split orders to go to separate addresses. 

You will need to place the orders separately, choosing the correct address for each before checking out.

We do our best to provide the best shipping service possible.


For domestic shipping, we use DHL and USPS.

For International orders we use FedEx International Connect.


The USPS and DHL tracking systems are receiving delays and aren't updating the tracking location for sometimes up to 15 days, and in some cases, up to the day of delivery.

DHL often updates their status to "delivered" up to five days before delivering the package. Please wait 5-7 business days for the package to arrive before reaching out to us to check the status.

** NOTICE **

Due to COVID-19, our courier is experiencing significant delays. Carriers no longer guarantee their delivery times. This has caused our standard delivery window to change accordingly. If you haven't received your order yet, please keep in mind that your order is most likely affected by this change in delivery time and may arrive outside the normal range. We're closely monitoring all information around COVID-19 and our expected delivery windows, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

1. Domestic Shipping

Once your order ships, it will arrive in 4-8 business days with standard ground shipping. Within that window, please note that Kings Loot will release the packages to the carrier, at which point we have no control over when the package arrives, including delays and lost/stolen packages. 

If shipped with expedited shipping, your order will arrive in 3-4 business days with DHL Expedited Max.

Large orders may be shipped through USPS Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your package in 1-3 business days.

2. Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to ship depending on final destination. Please also allow 3-4 business days for customization to be processed. 

Orders placed through our website will ship within 1-2 business days depending on final destination. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times (holidays), there is a possibility of going "out of stock" on particular items; if this happens, it can cause a longer delay in an order, but we will do our best to contact you ahead of time.

3. International Shipping

We use FedEx International Connect as our shipping carrier for international orders. Orders usually take 2-5 days but unexpected delays can occur. Customers have access to full tracking ability. If an order is over $135, the customer is in charge of paying duties and taxes when they receive their package. If an order is under $135, we will take care of additional costs. 

4. Shipping Liability

Kings Loot is not liable for an order that is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

We ship all products to the address that the customer provides; it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address. 

If a wrong address is entered, and a request to update the address is emailed after the order is processed, we will do our best to update the shipping address, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so in time. Our warehouse is very quick with orders, so there is a high likelihood that we will not be able to change it before the order is bagged up and ready to ship.

Our shipping carrier uses a geometric scan to verify the exact location of delivery to ensure our customers receive the products they ordered to the address that is provided at checkout.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse the shipment from Kings Loot, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package which will be taken out of your refund. 

"Return to Sender":

In some scenarios the carrier may not be able to complete delivery to your address due to uncontrollable circumstances. If you see your package has been marked “Return to Sender” please contact [email protected]. If the package was returned due to a customer error, shipping will need to be paid for Kings Loot to resend the package. 

Lifetime Replacement (Warranty)

Our LIFETIME REPLACEMENT program is designed to add the most value to our customers. We will replace your wallet at any time for any reason related to wear and tear. HOW DOES IT WORK? 
The Lifetime Replacement requires you to send in the old wallet to our warehouse. We cover the cost of the new wallet, and we just ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and processing (RSP) for $29.97. This covers your shipping the old product to us and our shipping the new product back to you + processing. 

Once the old wallet is returned, we will send out the replacement that is the same model and color of the old wallet you returned.

The acronym "RSP" means Replacement Shipping and Processing (your shipping the old product to us, and our shipping the new product to you + processing). Once the $29.97 is paid and your old product is received back to us with our authorized return label, we will then send out the new product.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your replacement if you choose the regular option for the replacement through the online portal (https://kingsloot.com/pages/lifetime-replacement). Also be sure that you have mailed back your old wallet with the provided authorized return label or this may hinder the replacement process.

You may also be offered the option of an "Instant Exchange" through the online portal which means that a new wallet will be mailed out to you right away, your credit card will be put on hold, and if the old wallet is not returned within 30 days, then your card will be charged for the full amount of the new wallet that was mailed to you. You will have to give your consent that you understand and agree to the terms if you choose this option. 

For the Instant Exchange option, be sure that you have mailed back your old wallet with the provided authorized return label (check your spam folder if you don't see it) or the package will automatically be rejected and sent back to you. If this happens, there is a high likelihood that the 30-day window will be violated and your card will be charged for the full amount of the wallet. This charge will not be refunded even if requested. 



Returns/Exchanges

We aim for excellence in our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks.
If we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, or if you're not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, then please reach out to us to initiate the return/exchange process. A link to our mandatory online processing system is included in this document.

IMPORTANT - All returns MUST be done through our online returns database to ensure receipt of returned items and to receive the issuance of your refund. Our warehouse is over 200,000 square feet, and currently processes 40,000 orders per day. If a return is sent back to us without an RMA (which is assigned through our online returns database), it is nearly impossible to track down the package and a refund will not be given.    

Our online return database requires that a picture of the wallet be uploaded. Please take a picture of the inside of the wallet in good lighting so we can review the condition. A Customer Service Representative may reach out by email if more pictures are needed (.JPEG or .PNG format).

Some return requests or exchanges may be rejected if the items do not meet our return requirements.

If the return or exchange is rejected because of usage or outside of the 30-day after-fulfilled window, then we will send an email saying so and will offer to send the item back at the customer's expense. We will need a reply to our email within 10 days of our reaching out or the item will be discarded.

Returns and exchanges must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If a product is returned without the original Kings Loot packaging (the box and any inserts, etc.), a $10 deduction will be subtracted from the refund. Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return them. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return. Images of the product(s) will be requested by our team (.JPEG or .PNG format only).

NOTE: If you ordered through Amazon, all returns must be done through Amazon. If you ordered through Amazon and want to use our Lifetime Replacement, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your Amazon order number and the request for a replacement.

Conditions include anything damaging or natural defects to the product. It will be replaced at any time for any reason. Please note this does not cover a product that is lost or stolen. Customer must send in their old product in order to qualify for this replacement program and receive a replacement. 

8. Disclaimer for Replacement Program 

Pictures on the website may not always directly portray the exact same proportions as in real life. The dimensions per product are clearly stated under the "features" tab on each product page. LIMITS ON PURCHASES

In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our merchandise, we may place limits on purchases and we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise. We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. INTERNATIONAL USE

We control and operate the Site from the United States, and all information is processed within the United States. MERCHANT REQUIREMENT FOR EU COUNTRIES

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Kings Loot to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Kings Loot may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION

Although Kings Loot has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Kings Loot cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Kings Loot is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Kings Loot is the owner and/or authorized user of any registered or unregistered trademark, trade name, and/or service mark appearing on the Site, and is the copyright owner of the Materials and Content on the Site unless otherwise indicated.
